What we did
H&R Steel detailed 14,000 tons of structural steel for Nashville Yards Towers 1 and 2 in Nashville, Tennessee, a centerpiece of the city’s largest mixed-use development. Tower 1 houses Amazon’s Operations Center of Excellence, while Tower 2 provides advanced office spaces that highlight Nashville’s rapid urban growth. Our team handled detailing, fabrication, and delivery of the steel systems that frame both high-rise towers.
The scope included complex structural solutions to support vertical load demands, large floor plates, and integration with modern architectural features. Coordination with design and construction teams ensured accuracy in modeling and seamless installation across both towers.
