Menorah Medical

What we did
H&R Steel detailed 1,600 tons of structural steel for the new Menorah Medical Neuroscience and Orthopedic Center in Overland Park, Kansas. Part of HCA Midwest Health, the $65 million, four-story, 92,000-square-foot tower was designed to enhance specialized patient care with advanced facilities. Our scope included detailing, fabrication, and delivery of steel systems supporting 32 private inpatient rooms, six neurosurgical and orthopedic operating rooms, and private acute care beds.
Built with expansion in mind, the tower also allows for two future operating rooms and up to three additional floors. Close coordination with architects, engineers, and contractors ensured accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with healthcare standards. By leveraging advanced modeling and strict quality control, H&R Steel detailed a structural framework that supports high-level medical care today while preparing the facility for future growth.
