Penn State Beaver Stadium Renovation & Addition
What we did
H&R Steel detailed 5,200 tons of structural steel for the Penn State Beaver Stadium Renovation & Addition in University Park, Pennsylvania. This project transforms the West side of the nation’s second-largest venue with modern upgrades. Our detailing and fabrication supported replacing outdated bleachers and press box with club seats, suites, and a new press and broadcast facility.
We also provided steel for widened concourses, new restrooms, expanded concessions, and infrastructure improvements that enhance fan circulation and technology. The scope included structural support for the new 21,000 square-foot Welcome Center. Coordinating closely with architects and contractors, H&R Steel ensured precision, efficiency, and timely delivery.
